Company Structure

• NEWERA is organized according to business projects (Telecom, Construction and Trading).
• Each project has a manager (PM) and is supported with basic functional departments.
• The project manager (PM) is reporting to the General Manager.
• Each PM is responsible to coordinate with the functional HR manager the training & development of staff skills to meet business needs and providing the business area with the required trained staff with high competence level.
